My daughter Faith has a hh and suffers daily with seizures, emotional rages and more recently Adrenal Insufficiency. My sister Dee and I are planning on walking up Snowdon to raise money for the Charity Hope for HH UK. The Charity offers support and guidance for individuals and their families who suffer with this condition. Children and Adults are still being misdiagnosed and Medical professionals are still struggling to manage and treat the symptoms that individuals with this rare condition suffer with. The Charity works hard to spread awareness amongst health professionals and needs our continual support to allow them to continue their good work. Please help Dee and I to reach our goal of £500.00
