Our Fundraising and Communications Manager, Beth, is running 75 miles in January to raise some valuable funds for our cafe. Here's what she had to say: "I wanted to become more active in January (like most people!) and I found the Race at Your Pace challenge, where you can set the mileage yourself and as long as you run the miles over the month you get a nice shiny medal at the end of it! I haven't run for maybe 6 months or more so this really is going to be physically challenging for me. I'm hoping to try and raise £200 and this would be spent on buying some nice hot chocolate for the cafe, as well as to go towards some of the plastic ready meal tubs which are really expensive to buy".
