Story
Action in Mind is an independent mental health charity based in Stirling supporting people, their families and carers experiencing mental health difficulties and those living with chronic and enduring mental illness.
Our work is underpinned by tackling stigma (including self-stigma) and discrimination that impacts on mental health recovery and wellbeing and which adds to increasing health and social-economic inequalities for individuals, local communities and the wider society.
