Historia

Younger People with Dementia (Berkshire West) was set up in May 2012 with the aim of supporting younger people with dementia and their carers. Our vision is to ensure a seamless service for the treatment, day-to-day care, respite, education, long term care and end of life care for younger people with dementia, working closely with allied health, social and charitable organisations.
