Historia

The Yorkshire Wind Orchestra's mission is to promote awareness and appreciation of quality classical music and the arts through the advancement of education in music by providing facilities for the public performance of works of aesthetic merit and through the promotion of the work of contemporary composers, whilst also encouraging the development of young wind and percussion players in the Yorkshire region.
