Promote for the benefit of the inhabitants residing in Seven Sisters by provision of facilities for leisure time occupation of individuals who have a need of such facilities by reason of their age, disablement or social and economic circustances or for the public at large in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants and to continue to secure the establishment of the Ynysdawley Playing Fields Association Hall.
