In low- and middle-income countries only 1 in 10 children survive cancer compared to 8 in 10 in high income countries. World Child Cancer works to improve diagnosis and treatment for some of the world's poorest children by facilitating and funding international twinning partnerships between medics, hospitals and parent support groups.
