Story

William Ellis School Parents Association helps create a thriving school community and supports William Ellis School in advancing the education and wellbeing of all pupils. We organise social activities throughout the year that bring the whole school community together including music events, art and craft fairs, and a quiz night and talks programme. We provide volunteers for school events, parent evenings and maintenance of the school’s residential centre, The Mill. We fundraise – via events, crowdfunding and grants – to pay for facilities, equipment, activities and items that add value for the pupils and are beyond the normal school budget. These include school outings, instruments, educational visits from music and theatre groups, and better sports and learning equipment. We work with the Student Council to support pupil-led projects.
