Wigton Moor Playschool has been at the heart of its North Leeds community for over 40 years. We offer structured learning and play to provide our children the best possible start in life. We value respect, independence, community, difference and diversity. These values support our children in their understanding of each other’s faiths and cultures so that they learn from the earliest age to value diversity in others and grow up making a positive contribution to society. Our playschool is a charity and it is only through our partnership with parents, and their support, that we are able to provide our children with the appropriate resources and experiences. Our staff are all qualified but we also rely on volunteer helpers. Their help is invaluable as it allows the qualified staff to spend more time with the children.
