I'll be braving the wind and abseiling down Liverpool Catherdal on August 9th in support of SOLA ARTS. It's a charity set up in 2004 supporting people with mental health problems, minority communities, refugees social isolation and dementia through creativity, volunteering, opportunity and Art Therapy. PLEASE SPONSOR ME!!! I'm brave but the last time I abseiled was when I was 13 :-/ SOLA is a great charity- I'm not biased- well known locally for our work often on a voluntary basis. We support hundreds of people every year.
