So... Anyone who knows me knows that I can't help but take on a little more than I can chew! After 12 years of studying I was delighted to have qualified in February this year. So what next? Time to try and say a little thank you and try to give something back to both westonhospicecare and prospect hospice as they were both such an incredible help and support not only to my parents in their last weeks and days but to our family as well. So how? I will be taking on the Yorkshire three peaks challenge on the 18th April 2015. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. This covers 3 mountains, 25.5 miles in only 1 day. Eeeek! I have 2 givey pages as there currently isn't a way to split it between 2 so please everyone choose your charity and support these invaluable hospices! Weston Hospicecare offers invaluable and specialist palliative care for people and their families living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Each year it touches the lives of several thousand people living in Somerset.
