Unity Charitable Trust (UCT) offers training in computer technology and life skills to unemployed and disadvantaged people, to help them gain the practical expertise in order to find stable employment. This benefits not only themselves and their families but also the wider community. UCT particularly concentrates its resources on single parents and women returnees to work, older people who lack the skills needed in today's workplace, young adults and members of the ethnic minorities.
