Hello, thanks for looking at my page.
I completed a sponsored head shave on 14th February. The reason for doing this:
I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. After successful breast surgery, chemotherapy is to follow. One of the side effects of chemo is hair loss.
Shaving my head was my way of controlling when my hair goes. When it goes, it will be for a good cause. I am raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
I will be updating this page with how I'm progressing, so check back to see how its going. Or see my Facebook Tracy Beadle or twitter @kopybdl pages.
Any donations will be very much appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your donations and
support.
Tuesday 24th March
One week before my charity site closes.
I'm half way there on the chemo front. Three sessions completed, three to go.
The hair has gone, along with the taste buds. Eventually they will be back. I can't wait for a cream cake!
Thank you for your donations. And a big thank you to every one for your continued support... xx
