Toe in the Water uses competitive sailing to re-inspire, re-engage and re-intergrate profoundly and traumatically injured servicemen and women to see beyond their injuries, as a direct extension of the rehabilitation programmes carried out by the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre Headley Court and the Regional Rehab Units.
