On the 20th November 2014, I will be taking part in one of the biggest challenges of my life, a yacht race from Gran Canaria to St. Lucia, and using it as a platform to raise money for an exceptional charity, Save The Children. The race will last anywhere between 2-4 weeks and will push myself and the rest of the team to the limits of our mental and physical abilities. I have pledged that I will raise 1,500 towards this and am hoping to achieve this goal through generous donations and fundraising events. For those of you who know me well, know this is far and beyond anything I have ever done before and something that will not be easy for me, neither the race itself or the preparation and fundraising needed.
