To advance the education, employment, enterprise development, economic independence, social and leisure opportunities of disadvantaged people and those people at risk of becoming socially excluded, their careers families and friends living within Medway and the county of Kent and the surrounding areas with the intention of helping them to lead fuller lives by the provision of supported work-based training.
