The objects of the trust are to preserve for the benefit of the people of Twickenham and of the Nation the historical, architectural, constructional heritage that may exist in and around Twickenham in buildings of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest. The trust aims to restore and return to public use Horace Walpole's 18th century Gothic villa, Strawberry Hill.
