On May 9th we are taking part in a 40km challenge on the South Downs to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia have been in the news a lot lately. It's estimated that there are 850,000 people in the UK currently living with it. One of these is our mum. The dreadful thing about this illness is that there is no cure. And it could be many, many years before there is. So, with our mum in mind, we'd really appreciate your support to raise some money to help the work that the Azlheimer's Society do. Your sponsorship will help the funding of research as well as support those living with the illness and those who care for them. We've chosen to use Givey because they will pass on ALL of your donations to the Alzheimer's Society - they don't deduct anything.
