Historia

The concept of The Children's Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) was conceived in 1985. Based around a beautiful 17th century farmhouse, in the heart of Cheshire countryside, the Adventure Farm provides holidays and activities for terminally ill, chronically sick, disabled and disadvantaged children from all over the Northwest. A magical special place where laughter and happy times are encouraged, friendships blossom, illnesses and sorrows are forgotten. www.caft.co.uk
