I have been silly enough to sign up for the Great North Swim and so on the 13th Jun I will be taking the plunge into Windermere to complete the 1 mile course. As is usual with these events, I have decided to raise some cash for a good cause, in this case Mercy Ships, and organisation which provides free health care, training and support to africa via their hospital ship 'Africa Mercy'.
