Historia

Our mission is to promote, protect and improve mental health for all. We provide training, support, advice, guidance and counselling services for people over the age of 16 who have, or have had, or are at risk of developing mental health difficulties. We also provide services for carers and families. Our services (apart from some extended counselling courses) are free at point of delivery. We work towards improving awareness of the inextricable links between mental and physical health and well being.
