As staff, volunteers, trustees, friends and family of St Luke's CARES we're walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks on Saturday 9th of September 2023. We're looking to raise £3000 towards our work in inner south Leeds. At St Luke's CARES we run a range of youth and community projects including, RISE, Shine and First Steps. The cost of living crisis has been particularly hard for people living in the community we work in and as such the need for the projects we run has never been more important but funding is increasingly difficult to come by. We're passionate about seeing people in our community empowered and given the opportunity to thrive and so are committed to this 24.5 mile gruelling walk to ensure we're able to keep delivering projects in the local area!
