Our mission is to help millions of children in the world who are walking around today with gaping holes in their faces. Millions of children in developing countries who were born with cleft lips and cleft palates that have never been repaired. Since 1999, The Smile Train has helped more than 320,000 children in 75 of the world's poorest countries. And The Smile Train will continue helping children no one else will help until there are no more children in the world suffering with unrepaired clefts.
