Story

I will be taking part in the Dragon's Back Race starting on the 2nd September which is considered to be the toughest mountain race in the world. The race starts at Conwy Castle in Northern Snowdonia and follows the rugged spine of Wales for 380kms with 16,400 meters of ascent finishing at Cardiff Castle. The race takes place over six hugely challenging days, running an ultra marathon every day with the total climbing equivalent to twice the height of Mount Everest. I'm raising funds for Action Against Cancer which isn’t just another charity, it’s a force for change. Their mission?
