So, this year I'm going to do my bit for charity by running the Asda Foundation Sheffield 10k in October in support of Alzheimer's Research UK. Anyone who's seen loved ones deteriorate due to dementia will know only too well how heartbreaking it can be, and I'd like to do my bit to try and help make it better.
