SHAID aims to provide a range of housing advice, support and related services for young people aged 16-25 living in Derwentside. Our key objectives are to: Respond to young people who are homeless and in crisis. Carry out educational work to prevent youth homelessness and prepare young people for independent living. Support young people in securing suitable housing and managing a home. Contribute to and develop new projects to improve the quality of life for young people.
