Creators House has always been more than just a studio—it’s been a home for creativity, collaboration, and community. A place where young artists, producers, and creators can build their dreams, connect with others, and find opportunities that wouldn’t exist anywhere else.

But right now, we need your help to keep it alive.

What’s Happening?

At the end of 2024, we were hit with nearly £100,000 in unexpected costs—costs that none of us saw coming:

🔴 £55,000 in business rates that we thought Camden Council covered, but because we’re a Community Interest Company, they don’t. 🔴 £13,000 upfront rent deposit—something we’ve NEVER had to pay before, as we usually pay month by month. 🔴 Some of our key funders also experienced financial struggles, which meant they couldn’t support us as planned.

We’ve already cut back to just two studio days per week, spoken to Camden Council (but they aren’t able to offer more help), and explored every possible funding option.

The Good News & The Challenge

🎉 A funder is ready to step in and support us for a full year!

The challenge? That funding won’t arrive until the end of May, and we need to raise £25,000 to make it there.

What Happens if We Don’t Raise the £25K?

Without this urgent support, Creators House will have to close its doors at the end of April. That means:

❌ No more studio sessions ❌ No more workshops ❌ No more safe space for young creatives in Camden

But we know this community is strong, and we believe we can get through this together. 💪
