Sandy Gall's Afghanistan Appeal (SGAA) was founded by writer and broadcaster Sandy Gall in 1983 to provide services for people with physical disabilities: war wounded, mine victims, polio sufferers and children with cerebral palsy, club foot and spina bifida.
