Last year we had a successful fundraising campaign which enabled the MCA to run the weekly Community Hub. Since then we have hosted 66 Community Hub sessions, welcoming 1,365 visitors. Our Community Hub continues to be a highly valued service, offering simple lunches and companionship weekly, twice weekly during the winter months.

MCA remains committed to the Mortlake Community Hub project as it enables us to positively influence the lives of people in our community; to hear first-hand from our users; to identify their needs and meet them. Timi Fabian, MCA Manager, is running the Kingston 10km on Sunday 6 October 2024 to raise funds for the Community Hub activities in 2025

Our goal is to empower the community to navigate the cost-of-living crisis, promote supportive relationships, reduce isolation, and promote inclusion.
