To promote kindness and to prevent or suppress cruelty to animals. To educate the public about responsible pet ownership. At the Walsall branch we are a separate charity to the National charity. We have to raise all the funds we spend within the Walsall area. We run a free neutering scheme for people with financial hardship and a very low cost neutering scheme for dogs, rabbits and small animals.
