I will be rowing 59.7 km on a rowing machine throughout the month of April to raise money for wHoo Cares, as part of their April 'Spring into Action' £5000 fundraising challenge (https://whoocares.org.uk/fundraise.html) - this distance is the equivalent of rowing from Forest Hill, London (where I live) to the Isle of Grain, Kent where the wHoo Cares office is located.  wHoo Cares is a charity who works on the Hoo Peninsula, a rural area in Kent to tackle social isolation - something that we have all experienced to a degree during the Covid-19 pandemic.
