Story

1. To provide, or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare, for persons resident in Rochdale or the neighbourhood thereof, who have the need for such facilities by reason of their learning disabilities or their social and economic circumstances, with the object of improving their conditions of life.
