52, father of two teenage girls, and late to learn about mental health. With a close brush with teenage mental health earlier this year, I have decided to do something that at once raises funds for an important cause, whilst demonstrating the power of the outdoors, exercise and cold water to improve mental health, whether for sufferers, or for everyday folk with busy, confusing pressurised lifestyles.
