Rape and Abuse Line (RAL) offer a confidential telephone Helpline to anyone who has or is experiencing any form of abuse including rape. We provide two lines one with female Volunteer Support Workers, and one with male Volunteer Support Workers. In addition, we provide Free Face-to-Face counselling sessions for anyone who has experienced any form of abuse and who wants to work on issues related to it through the means that counselling offers.
