I was hit with Covid in March 2020, then hit again with strokes a month later as a result of the Covid. A year later, although recovering well, I had a fit. I am doing well thanks to the support of amazing doctors, health care workers, physiotherapists, and my amazing wife and family. It is amazing to have another chance at life. I am so grateful. Time to pay back! I can't go back to Hampstead Ponds for a week because I may have been close to someone with Covid in hospital. So I'm going to do 100 "Sit to stands" at home to raise money for LEGS! LEGS has helped me in my determination to recover. They do wonderful work with people with neurological conditions. I want to help them reach out to all those people who need their help but find it hard to afford. Thank you for reading this. There's no obligation to donate.
