I have recently been given cash and several cheques as donations for Arthritis Research UK - Mr and Mrs Lewis, J. Alastair Brownlie,Mr and Mrs Beynon, Tom and Ann Nellist, Steve Owen, Graham Bussell, Carola Godman-Irvine, Jeremy and Anne Courtney, Maurice Jones, Glyn Pennie, adding another £460 to the above total. Although these will not show on the total on this website I will be including them and sending them to the charity. Many thanks to everyone who has taken the time to support us. Annie's daughter Nichola has suffered from severe arthritis since she was very young. Forty years down the line with many steroids and drugs, her bones are now very frail causing her to be bed-ridden. Ten million people in the UK suffer with arthritis, thats one in six people of which twelve thousand are kids. THERE IS NO CURE!
