Story

The Personal Support Unit (PSU) offers practical and emotional support to people who are representing themselves in court. Our trained volunteers see clients without an appointment and free of charge. We adapt our service to the needs of those attending court alone, helping them to deal better with their case and gain confidence at a turning point in their lives. Our vision is that every self-representing litigant attending courts in England and Wales should have access to a PSU volunteer.
