Pembrokeshire Mind is a user-focused organisation that works for a better life for everyone, in Pembrokeshire, with experience of mental distress. We promote a positive attitude to mental health and work to reduce stigma associated with it. We offer information, emotional and practical support through a range of quality services, which are tailored to meet the needs of individuals, and include Befriending, Carers?Support, Supported Housing and our Resource Centre which is open 365 days of the year.
