After Jo's younger brother Matt died suddenly from heart failure at the age of 32, CRY were there for her and her family every step of the way. This amazing organisation provided support and counselling as well as screening the rest of the family for heart defects. They also campaign to raise awareness of the condition and how it can be prevented. Graham and I are cycling from London to Devon on May 22nd, 215 miles in total, in order to raise money for CRY.
