Paul Sartori Foundation is Pembrokeshire's only Hospice at home service in providing specialist hands on nursing care to those with a life limiting illness. We are available 24 hrs a day 365 days a year providing essential support to the families affected. Our aim is to be able to continue to sustain this free service throughout the county.
