Hi, So we've decided to run a half marathon....it's going to be tough, but we've decided to run for BHF, so no backing out now! BHF is a charity that is important to the both of us and we think it's a great cause. Heart disease is a serious problem affecting thousands and CHD is the UK's biggest killer.
