I'll be doing the 18 mile Orwell Walk, in aid of Lighthouse Ipswich Women's Aid on 21 June 2015. Lighthouse (AKA Ipswich Women's Aid) support and empower women and children suffering from or at risk of suffering from domestic abuse or violence. http://www.lighthousewa.org.uk/ This is one of the many walks I'm doing in preparation for Hadrian's Wall in September this year.
