We are a non-profit, co-operative, community owned farming space. It all started about 5 years ago with a group of friends, some overgrown fields, mounds of rubble and absolutely no idea what we were doing, but with a vision to create a space for growing, resting, learning and community. COVID-19 - Our community at Origin are responding to the huge need of vulnerable people by scaling up our growing space. We can grow for hundreds of people, with fresh vegetables delivered straight to peoples door, but we don't have the finances to scale up so quickly. We have the expert growers, volunteers, the space but we're missing the polytunnels, huge amounts of compost, seeds, timber for raised beds, and more.
