Historia

Open Sight is the working title for the Hampshire Association for the Care of the Blind. We provide services in response to the needs of, and specifically for, visually impaired people in the South of England, primarily those in Hampshire. Staff and volunteers make these services accessible to all persons who would benefit. Our aim is to enrich the lives of visually impaired people by encouraging their independence and self-confidence.
