Open Age supports 3,000 disadvantaged older people aged from 50 to 105 by providing 170 low cost physical, creative & mentally stimulating, learning & health related activities each week. Anything from T'ai Chi to IT, we help relieve loneliness, isolation & depression for primarily older women, over 65, who live alone on low incomes, in central London. We also have programmes to help elderly housebound people attend activities & support unpaid carers to have some fun - please help by supporting our work
