Ethan and I will be jumping out of a plane on the 30th of May this year to do a sponsored skydive for Family Based Solutions. They have been hit hard by the pandemic and are at risk of losing their office. These guys do a lot for families. They provide support and therapy for families going through forms of domestic violence, be that child to parent or partner to partner. Having been through domestic violence in the past, the service they provide is close to my heart. The work and support they provide is vital. To lose their office would be a massive blow to the many many families they support. Their office space is a sanctuary for people, a safe place to go. They provide support to schools and work with teachers and pupils around the borough too. Not only this, they raise money for other charities. As we come out of the pandemic having their office is going to be more vital than ever.
