Mermaids - Swimming the Distance for MS 58.6 Nautical Miles Having suffered MS for the last 8years myself, I decided to take up a challenge set by a fellow MS'er - to swim the distance from Holyhead to Dublin Port my ferry route home to Ireland. Which is a total of 58.6 nautical miles, so along with the help of my sister Fidelma and friends we have started my challenge and are currently doing really well. So we are hoping to raise as much money as we can for my local MS Branch who have been very supportive to me these past 8 years.
