Historia

The NCKRF is a registered charity whose aims are to raise funds and award grants in the North of England for research into all aspects of kidney disease and its treatment. Since 1970 the Fund has endowed seven tenured research posts in the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in nephrology, transplant surgery, urology, dialysis, renal physiology, transplant immunology and transplant genetics.
