No Limits support young people aged 11 to 25 by offering a caring, supportive environment where young people can explore issues which are affecting their lives. We provide accurate and up to date information that is relevant to young peoples' needs enabling young people to solve problems and make informed decisions. These services are provided via three Southampton City centre drop in centres, school and college support, one to one support and counselling.
