NOISE is an innovative, national charity, created in 2004 to broker multi-platform media coverage for the best new creative talent. Particularly young people disadvantaged by geographical location, lack of formal education or contacts in the Creative Industries. This is achieved by an international, biennial showcase & groundbreaking projects with leading creative companies & renowned industry professionals. NOISE won Best Arts, Culture and Heritage Charity at the National Charity Awards 09.
